Black Bear's Cabin is an authentic
log cabin built in 1937 on the shore of Whidbey Island. Located 4 1/2 miles
south of Coupeville, (at the northern tip of a long sand spit that forms Race
Lagoon) it overlooks Saratoga Passage, Mt. Baker, Camano Island and the Cascade
Mountains. The two bedroom, one bath cabin is completely furnished with a
microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and BBQ. It is also fully stocked with
towels, bed linens and cooking utensils. Enjoy picturesque views while relaxing
in the hot-tub. The scenery is ever changing and beautiful, so be sure to bring
your camera. There are species of wild ducks, geese and Blue Herons to view
along with the resident eagles you'll find soaring in the skies. Come and treat
yourself to the quiet natural beauty of Whidbey Island and make Black Bear's
Cabin a part of your vacation.
